  • Is Happy Carry product waterproof?

Not all of them are waterproof. Sac Sac and Gei Gei in Le Jardin are made of waterproof materials, while Mao Mao, Bhi Bhi, Bho Bho, and Pou Pou are not waterproof.

  • Can Happy Carry products be washed?

  • Will sold-out products be restocked?

All Happy Carry products are limited. While some of our regulars might get a limited restock, most of our seasonal items won't be coming back.

We've partnered up with JnT to get your orders to you safe and sound!

  • Is worldwide shipping available?

Worldwide shipping is in the works, but not quite there yet. Stay tuned - we're coming to your corner of the globe soon!

  • Is instant delivery an option?

Instant delivery is available by appointment and subject to availability. For orders and further details regarding instant delivery, get in touch with us here! 

  • When will my order ship?

Ready stock goodies will be on their way within 1-3 working days, while preorder items might take up to 14 days.

  • Where can I track the progress of my order?

We highly recommend you to keep an eye on your inbox since tracking numbers for your order will be sent via email once your order is shipped, and you can also access the progress through your order history.


RETURN POLICY

  • Can products be exchanged or returned?

We've got your back!  Product returns can be arranged in cases such as:

  1. Receiving the wrong item.
  2. Discovering a defect upon opening the package; returns must be in unused condition, with tags attached, and within 14 days of receiving the package.
  3. Sale products are a final call—cannot be exchanged or returned.

ORDER & PAYMENT

  • Is it available on e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Tokopedia)?

Nope, we're exclusively online at happycarrystudio.com, TikTokShop (@happycarrystudio), and Instagram DM (@happy__carry) for now!

  • Can products be purchased offline?

Some of our goodies are stocked at Divers Collective (Bandung, Indonesia) and Collect Store (Bandung, Indonesia). Drop us a message to check what's available!

  • Can I request notes or greeting cards to be included?

Absolutely! Leave us an order note with your message, and we'll make sure it's included in the package.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

We've got you covered with bank transfers, virtual accounts, credit cards, e-wallets, and QRIS.

  • Can I change order and shipping information?

Sure thing! As long as your order hasn't been processed, we can make changes. Just give us a shout!
